Dealer Notice – April 17, 2008
Under the authority of the Livestock and Livestock Products Act, the Livestock Dealers and Livestock Dealers’ Regulation and the LIS Delegated Authority Regulation, we hereby, on behalf of the Minister of Agriculture and Food require that patrons of “St. Paul Auction Market 01” of Box 854 St. Paul, Alberta, a Livestock Dealer under the Act furnish the Administrator by registered mail on or before May 19, 2008 with particulars of any claims for nonpayment arising out of the sale of livestock to the above named dealer.

A Statutory Declaration and ORIGINAL N.S.F. cheques, sale slips or other documents supporting the transaction(s) must support such claims for NON-PAYMENT of livestock.
